AWARDING CONTRACT TO LANDEROS SEWER SERVICE FOR
SANTA CLARA AVENUE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, NO.
P.W. 9-87-22 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for Santa Clara Avenue Sanitary
Sewer Extension in accordance with Specifications No. P.W.
9-87-22 approved October 20, 1987; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was
submitted by Landeros Sewer Service agreeing to perform said work
in accordance with said Specifications for the sum of $21,156.00;
and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its
proposal is the lowest and best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the bid of Landeros Sewer Service is hereby
accepted, the contract for Santa Clara Avenue Sanitary Sewer
Extension is hereby awarded to said bidder, and the Mayor is
'hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, said
;contract on behalf of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 1st of December, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Haugner, Monsef, Thomas and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Camicia - 1.
