APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5169 FOR DIVISION OF RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS "NORMANDY ",
LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF SATH COURT, PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED
EASEMENTS (DORIC DEVELOPMENT, INC., OWNER)
WHEREAS, Doric Development, Inc, a California
corporation, has presented to the Council for approval Parcel Map
5169, being a division of Parcel 7, 5033 O.R. 224, Alameda County
Records, Alameda, California; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 5169, consisting of four parcels, is
a division of the "Caviglia" property, located at the terminus
of Sath Court within Tract 4495; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon an easement
for public utilities designated "Public Utilities Easement" and
the rights of access over Parcel "A "; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11- 1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal-Code, Parcel Map No 5169, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1771 passed on August 24,
1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public utilities easement
dedicated to the public and the rights of access over Parcel "A"
dedicated to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted, on behalf
of the public and the City, for use in conformity with the terms
of the offers of dedication.
iz BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
., Cr 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
m Parcel Map No 5169 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
<and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of
0�'` waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
p,« regional water quality control regulations.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 19th of January, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
