Resolution 11388CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11388 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5170 FOR DIVISION OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS "NORMANDY", LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF REMMEL COURT AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (DORIC DEVELOPMENT, INC., OWNER) WHEREAS, Doric Development, Inc, a California corporation, has presented to the Council for approval Parcel Map 5170, being a division of Parcel 1, 5104 O.R. 392, Alameda County Records, Alameda, California; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map 5170, consisting of two lots, is a division of the "M. Kahn" property, located at the terminus of Remmel Court within Tract 4495; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11- 1319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5170, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1772 passed on August 24, 1987. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No 5170 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate ;regional water quality control regulations. 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of January, 1988, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas and President Corica - 5. NOES: None. ABSENT: None.
