AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYERS AND
DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda and Industrial Employers and
Distributors Association entered into a Contract on April 5,
1979; and
WHEREAS, the termination paragraph thereof was
incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, Industrial Employers and Distributors
Association have agreed to an amendment of the language of said
paragraph.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Interim City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, an amendment

to the service agreement by and between the City of Alameda and
Industrial Employers and Distributors Association.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of April, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Thomas, Monsef, Camicia, Haugner
and President Corica.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
