AWARDING CONTRACT TO ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES
INCORPORATED FOR DOOLITTLE LANDFILL GAS MANAGE-
MENT SYSTEM, NO. P.W. 11-87-24 AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for Doolittle Landfill Gas
Management System in accordance with Specifications No. P.W.
11-87-24 approved March 15, 1988; and
WHEREAS, due to a deadline requirement on the City by the
Bay Area Air Quality Management District the project must be
completed by July 1, 1988; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was
submitted by Environmental Resources Incorporated agreeing to
perform said work in accordance with said Specifications for the
sum of $138,350.68; and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its
proposal is the lowest and best bid received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the bid of Environmental Resources Incorporated
is hereby accepted, the contract for Doolittle Landfill Gas
ez Management System is hereby awarded to said bidder, and the Mayor
›- is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest,
said contract on behalf of the City of Alameda .

Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 19th of April, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
