Resolution 11455CITY OE ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11455 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA DESIGNATING MAY 8-14, 1988 AS HISTORIC PRESERVATION WEEK WHEREAS, the National Trust for Historic Preservation is sponsoring May 8-14, 1988 as National Freservation Week; and WHEREAS, local governments are requested to designate May 8-14, 1988 as Preservation Week to celebrate local historic resources ond ti efforts; and preaorvo one or o;on WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has a wealth of historically significanf buildings, places and persons; and WHEREAS, the City of Alameda h s active private and public preservation THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alamedo to designate May 8-14, 1988 as Preservation Week. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that fhe City Council applauds, nncoorogenond supports the many private and public efforts to preserve the valuable heritage of this community. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of April, 1988, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas and President Corica - 5.
