AWARDING CONTRACT TO JARDIN PIPELINE, INC. FOR
SAN ANTONIO SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT, NO. P.W.
10-87-23 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for San Antonio Sanitary Sewer
Replacement in accordance with Specifications No. P.W. 10-87-23
approved April 5, 1988; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was
submitted by Jardin Pipeline, Inc. agreeing to perform said work
in accordance with said Specifications for the sum of $37,110;
and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its
proposal is the lowest and best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the bid of Jardin Pipeline, Inc. is hereby
accepted, the contract for San Antonio Sanitary Sewer Replacement
!:„. is hereby awarded to said bidder, and the Mayor is hereby

c authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, said
contract on behalf of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th of May, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
