Resolution 11492CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11492 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH SUBDIVISION TRACT 4025 AND APPROVING BONDS AS TO SUFFICIENCY (COSTA BRAVA, A-M HOMES) WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract 4025 was approved by Alameda City Council Resolution No. 8997 on November 7, 1978; and WHEREAS, A-M Homes, a California limited partnership, owner and subdivider herein, intends to begin development by construction of the improvements for Tract 4025; and WHEREAS, subdivider has entered into an agreement to construct and complete the improvements in said subdivision and has submitted bonds guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed in accordance with said agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the agreement for construction and completion of the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions be, and hereby is, approved and the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bonds in the sums of :2 $513,000 and $505,000, guaranteeing full and faithful performance r- of the subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, are hereby approved as sufficient in amount. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of June, 1988, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef and Thomas - 4. NOES: President Corica - 1. ABSENT: None.
