AUTHORIZING REPROGRAMMING OF FY 1988-x9-- AUTHORIZAUTHORIZING
CONTINGENCY FONDS TO ADMINISTRATION FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OFFICE RENT.
WHEREAS, the City is a participant in the Community Development Block
Grant Program (CDBG) authorized under the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974. as amended; and
WHEREAS, on April 10. 1988 and May 17, 1988, the City Council adopted
Resolutions 11456 and 11472, respectively, allocating CDBG funds to a
variety of eligible activities, including Administration and
Contingencies; and
WBER2A8, it is now known that Community Development Department office
rent will result in additional Administration costs in FY 1888-89; and
W88BGAS. FY 1988-80 Contingency funds are available for said purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Alameda that up to $8.750. in FY 1988-80 Contingency funds be
reprogrammed to Administration for Community Development Department
office rent.

the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of July, 1988,
