Resolution 11502CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11502 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF PARK STREET AND OTIS DRIVE, FIXING TIME AND DATE FOR HEARING, AND ORDERING PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Chapter 8, General Vacation Procedure, of the California Streets and Highways Code, said Council hereby declares its intention to order the vacation of a Sanitary Sewer Easement located over property at the northeast corner of Park Street and Otis Drive granted by three separate instruments recorded May 4, 1986, in Book 301 of Deeds, at pages 331, 332, and 334, a portion of which was further defined and restated in a deed from the City of Alameda to the Alameda Housing Authority recorded May 17, 1974, under Recorder's Series No 74- 062296, in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that reference is hereby made for particulars of the proposed vacation to that certain map entitled, " Proposed Sewer Easement at the Northeast Corner of Park Street and Otis Drive" CITY OF ALAMEDA DRAWING NO. 8317 CASE 24, prepared by the City of Alameda Engineering Department, dated May 1988, and on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice is hereby given that the 2nd day of August, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall, Alameda, California, as the place, for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to herein proposed vacation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a copy of this resolution twice, once in each of two successive weeks prior to said hearing, in the official newspaper of the City of Alameda, and to cause to be posted Notices of said proposed easement vacation in the manner prescribed in Section 8323 of said Streets and Highways Code. REVISED 6 -30 -1988 I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of July, 1988, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas and President Corica - 5.
