CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11506
REAPPOINTING DOUGLAS DUREIN A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DOUGLAS DUREIN
is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for the term commencing
} July 1, 1988 and expiring on June 30, 1992, and to serve until
his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of July, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
