APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP 5850, A SIX LOT SUBDIVISION
LOCATED SOUTHEASTERLY OF THE INTERSECTION OF OLD
ALAMEDA POINT AND OLEANDER AVENUE IN LIGHTHOUSE
COVE, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT
DISCHARGE OF WATER INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT
VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
(PULTE HOMES CORPORATION, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Pulte Home Corporation, subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for Tract
5850, a six lot subdivision of property located southeasterly of
the intersection of Old Alameda Point and Oleander Avenue in
Lighthouse Cove; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on September 20, 1988, held a
public hearing on said Tentative Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by, the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 5850, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board on August 22, 1988,
is hereby approved, based upon the findings and subject to the
conditions contained in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution
No. 1878.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby
finds the Tentative Map for Tract 5850 is consistent with the
City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h)
determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the
sewer system will not violate regional water quality control
regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th of September, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef
and Thomas - 4.
NOES: President Corica - 1.
ABSENT: None.
