RATIFYING PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD ACTION IN APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO 1 TO
TRANSMISSION AGENCY OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA PROJECT
AGREEMENT NO. 2
WHEREAS, the Bureau of Electricity of the City of Alameda
is a member of the Transmission Agency of Northern California
(TANC) which agency has determined to undertake certain costs for
the California - Oregon Transmission Project, and
WHEREAS, at its meeting on August 15, 1988, the Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda adopted a resolution
approving and authorizing execution of Amendment No 1 to the
Project Agreement No 2 for the California - Oregon Transmission
Project between the Bureau and TANG
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council hereby ratifies the action taken by
the Public Utilities Board approving and authorizing the
execution of said Amendment No. .1 to the Project Agreement No 2
for the California - Oregon Transmission Project.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th of September, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
