AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SALES TAX
AUDIT AND INFORMATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed a report
describing the potential benefits of a sales tax audit program;
and
WHEREAS, the firm of Hinderliter, de Llamas and
Associates has submitted a proposal to conduct a sales tax audit
and also to provide various sales tax information to the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, a contract for
sales tax audit and information services with Hinderliter,
:de Llamas and Associates.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th of October, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Monsef, Thomas and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Camicia - 1.
