CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11570
APPROVING ALAMEDA POLICE ASSOCIATION LETTER OF
UNDERSTANDING
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council a
proposed Letter of Understanding between the Alameda Police
Association and the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully
examined said proposed Letter of Understanding and finds and
determines adoption of said document to be in the best interests
of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council hereby approves and adopts said
proposed Letter of Understanding.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payment for safety items
set out in said Letter of Understanding are hereby designated
applicable to the sworn classifications in the service of the
Police Department of the City of Alameda, effective October 4,
1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
Resolution shall supersede any other resolution in conflict
herewith.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th of October, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilinenibers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
