AUTHORIZING REPROGRAMMING OF F 1938-89 UDAG LOAN REPAYMENT
FUNDS FROM PSBA PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR TO PSDA INSURANCE
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Alameda in April, 1988
allocated FY 1988-89 UDAG Loan Repayment Funds to the Pack Street
Business Association for a Promtions Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also allocated $900 to the Park Street.
Business Association for Insurance; and
WHEREAS. costs for PSBA Insurance in FY 1988-89 will exceed the
estimated amount of $900; and
WHEREAS, the Park Street Business Association has requested that funds
in the amount of $1,146.80 be transferred from PSBA Promotions
Coordinator to PSBA Insurance; and
HEREAS, said funds are administered by the Alameda Main Street Project
pursuant to a. Grant Agreement with he City;
NOW, THFREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Alameda
that the reprogramming of $1,146.80 in FY 1988-89 UDAG Loan Repayment
Funds from PSBA Promotions to PSBA Insurance is hereby authorized; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the _v Council of the City of Alameda that
the FY 1988-89 Grant Agreement with the Alameda Main Street Project be
amended accordingly,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify thatthe foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular
meeting assembled on the 20th of October, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
