Resolution 11585CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11585 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA DESIGNATING THE ADELPHIAN CLUB BUILDING AT 2167 CENTRAL AVENUE AS A CITY HISTORICAL MONUMENT WHEREAS, the City of Alameda Historical Advisory Commission on September 1, 1988, voted unanimously to recommend designation of 2167 Central Avenue as a City Historical Monument; and WHEREAS, the building is the e architecture in the City of Alameda; and WHEREAS, the Adelph WHEREAS, the building lest pristine example of Mission Revival an Club has h d a notab e in the community; and has been consistently intained; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda on October 18, 1988, voted to place the building on the City Historical Monument register. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda to officially designate 2167 Central Avenue as a City Historical Monument. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of November, 1988, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas and President Corica - 5.
