APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE MAP 4499 LOCATED AT
SEAVIEW PARKWAY, TRALEE LANE AND DUBLIN WAY,
FINDING SAID VESTING TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT
WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING
THAT DISCHARGE OF WATER INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM
WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL
REGULATIONS (HARBOR BAY VILLAGE IV ASSOCIATES,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Village IV Associates, subdivider
herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Vesting
Tentative Map for Tract 4499 to create 42 residential lots and 5
common area lots on 7.06 acres located at Seaview Parkway, Tralee
Lane and Dublin Way, at Vista Pointe, Village IV, Harbor Bay
Isle; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on July 51988, , held a public
hearing on said Vesting Tentative Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 2261, the Vesting Tentative Map
for Tract 4499, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning
Board on June 13, 1988, is hereby approved, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions contained in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1855, excluding Finding
Number 14 and replacing it with that Settlement Agreement dated
November 1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby
finds the Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 4499 is consistent with
the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h)
determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the
sewer system will not violate regional water quality control
regulations.

the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 15th of November, 1988,
