APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION TRACT 4499,
LOCATED NORTH OF TRALEE LANE, ADJACENT TO SEA
VIEW PARKWAY, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
AND RIGHTS OF WAY (HARBOR BAY ISLE, VILLAGE 4)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Vesting Tentative Map of that certain
proposed subdivision known as Tract 4499; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Village Four Associates, a
partnership, has presented to the Council for approval a Final
Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 4499; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon Tralee Lane,
Sea View Parkway, Vista Road, Shamrock Lane, and Barry Court for
the use and purpose of a public street and certain nonexclusive
easements for public utilities and their appurtenances
designated "Public Utilities Easement" (P.U.E.) dedicated to the
public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 4499 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said public streets and
easements dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf
of the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers
of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 6th of December, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Monsef - 1.
