CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11626
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC
BELL FOR UTILITIES ON NORTH LOOP ROAD, ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT 84-4
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda at its
meeting of February 5, 1985, completed action on the
establishment of Assessment District 84-4; and
WHEREAS, said assessment district provides funding for
North Loop Road and related improvements within Harbor Bay
Business Park; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for North Loop Road
include installation of communication facilities; and
WHEREAS, Public Utilities Commission's Rule 16 provides
that Pacific Bell shall be responsible for all work and/or
material relating to this project including the necessary conduit
materials and other facilities, with Assessment District 84-4
being reimbursed at a cost of $28,347.80; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, a conduit agreement with
Pacific Bell for utilities on North Loop Road within the Harbor
Bay Business Park.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th of December, 1988,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
