Resolution 11628CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11628 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 11594 BY ADDING PARAGRAPHS 3 AND 4 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 11594, authorizing application for grant funds from the Trail Grant Program under the California Wildlife, Coastal and Park Land Conservation Bond Act of 1988, for pathway around Doolittle Landfill was passed by the Council of the City of Alameda on November 15, 1988, and WHEREAS, the Trails Grant Program Commission has requested additional certifications be added to said resolution before submission of said application to the state. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that Resolution No 11594 is hereby amended by adding paragraphs 3 and 4 as follows: 3.
