AWARDING CONTRACT TO MISSION PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, NO P.W. 12 -88 -21 AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for contracting of landscape
maintenance of various locations in the City of Alameda in
accordance with Specifications No P.W. 12 -88 -21 approved
December 20, 1988; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was
submitted by Mission Property Maintenance agreeing to perform
said work in accordance with said Specifications for the sum of
$5,996.93 per month; and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its
proposal is the lowest and best bid received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the bid of Mission Property Maintenance is hereby
accepted, a ten month contract for landscape maintenance of
various locations in the City of Alameda is hereby awarded to
said bidder from March 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989, and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to
attest, said contract on behalf of the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 7th of February, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Thomas and President
Corica - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Camicia and Monsef - 2.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

February, 1989.
