APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5850 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS (LIGHTHOUSE
COVE, PULTE HOME CORPORATION, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5850; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Home Corporation, a Michigan corporation,
has presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of that
proposed subdivision known as Tract 5850 and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
non- exclusive easements for public utilities and their
appurtenances and the right to construct, maintain and replace
such utilities, facilities, and their appurtenances under on and
over the strips of land designated "Public Utilities Easement"
(P.U.E.), dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5850 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use
in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 21st of February, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counci1members Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef and Thomas - 4.
NOES: President Corica - 1.
ABSENT: None,
