AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVISED AGREEMENT WITH
ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION
DISTRICT, AND APPROVING ALAMEDA'S SHARE OF STORM
DRAIN NON -POINT SOURCE CONTROL EVALUATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1988, the Council of the City
of Alameda approved Resolution No. 11559 authorizing an
agreement between the City of Alameda and the Alameda County
Flood Control and Water Conservation District for Alameda's share
of Storm Drain Non -Point Source Control Evaluation Program; and
and
WHEREAS, the original agreement has been changed and
concurrence has been requested by the District as follows:
Item B. was expanded to include "not in an Alameda
County Flood Control Zone where benefit assessment taxes
are paid."
Item #7 was added. "The seven cities within Flood
Control Zones with benefit assessment taxes will pay
from the benefit assessment reserves."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, a revised agreement with
Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District said
Storm Drain Non -Point Source Control Evaluation Program.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular
meeting assembled on the 14th of March, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
