APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5510 (HARBOR BAY ISLE SHOPPING
CENTER) AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a general
partnership, owner and subdivider herein, has presented to the
Council for approval Parcel Map 5510 to subdivide a 1.5 acre
parcel in the northwest portion of Harbor Bay Landing into three
parcels, and being a division of Parcel 3, Parcel Map No. 2602 a
portion of the lands of Harbor Bay Isle, Reel 3136, Image 427,
Series No. 72-67048, Alameda County Records, Alameda, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 5510, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1935 passed on February 14,
1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 5510 is consistent with the City's General Plan.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 21st of March, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
