AUTHORIZING REPROGRAMMING OF WEST ALAMEDA
BUSINESS ASSOCIATION FY I088-89 WORKSHOP AND TRAINING
FUNDS TO FY 1988-89 PROMOTIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda in April, 1888
allocated FY 1988-89 UDAG Loan Repayment Funds to the West Alameda
Business Association for Workshops and Training; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also allocated UDAG Loan Repayment Funds to
the West Alameda Business Association for Promotions; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required by WABA to carry out planned
Promotional activities; and
WHEREAS, the West Alameda Business Association has requested that funds
in the amount of G900 be transferred from WABA Workshops and Training to
WABA Promotions ; and
W88DE&S, said funds are administered by the Alameda Main Street Project
pursuant to a Grant Agreement with the City;
NOW, I88BDF0DE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Alameda
that the reprogramming of *000 in FY 1888-89 UDAG Loan Repayment Funds
from WABA Workshops/Training to WABA Promotions is hereby authorized;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that
the FY 1988-89 Grant Agreement with the Alameda Main Street Project be
amended accordingly.

the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 21st of March, 1989,
