AUTHORIZING REPROGRAMMING OF UNEXPENDED
FY I988-80 UDAG LOAN REPAYMENT FUNDS TO BIA SOFTWARE DESIGN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda in April, 1088
allocated FY 1988-89 UDAG Loan Repayment Funds to the AUSD Woodstock
Toddler Program; and
WHEREAS, the AUSD Toddler Program received a cost-of-liviov increase
from the State and no longer needs said funds for continued Program
operation; and
WHEREAS, the implementa tion of a Business improvement Area in the City
of Alameda will necessitate reprogramming of Finance Department computer
software at an anticipated cost of $28.000;
that the reprogramming of $20,000 in FY 1988-89 UDAG Loan Repayment

Funds from AUSD Woodstock Toddler Program to BIA Software Design is
u) hereby authorized.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 21st of March, 1989,
