AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATION FOR
HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
84-4, PHASE II
WHEREAS, on February 5, 1985, the Council of the City of
Alameda established Assessment District 84-4 for providing public
improvements within Harbor Bay Business Park; and
WHEREAS, on July 15, 1986, by its Resolution No. 10966,
said Council authorized the execution of an agreement with
Harbor Bay Isle Associates for Contract Administration and
Coordination for Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District
84-4, Phase II which expired in October 1988; and
WHEREAS, due to the work involved under the Assessment
District needing to be extended for an additional period of time
and due to various scheduling scope adjustments, said changes
necessitate an amendment to the original agreement with Harbor
Bay Isle Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, an Amendment to the
Agreement with Harbor Bay Isle Associates for Contract
Administration and Coordination for Harbor Bay Business Park

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th of April, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: Councilmember Thomas - 1.
ABSENT: None.
