CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF BRUCE QUAN, JR. AS
INTERIM CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to Section 2-10 of the City Charter, BRUCE QUAN, JR.
appointed on February 27, 1989, to the office of Interim City
Attorney of the City of Alameda commenced service on March 1,
1989, and will serve until his successor is qualified and
appointed.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th of April, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Monsef and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: Councilmember Thomas - I.
