APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5612 (HARBOR BAY ISLE PARK/
SCHOOL SITE) AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a California general
partnership, owner herein, has presented to the Council for
approval Parcel Map 5612 to create two lots approximately 8.0 and
4.01 acres in area for a school and park, respectively, located
on the west side of Aughinbaugh Way at the intersection of
Bridgeway Road in Village IV of Harbor Bay Isle, and being a
division of Lot 2, Block 4, Tract 3810 as recorded on June 9,
1978, in Book 103 of Maps at Pages 43 through 57 and by virtue of
Deed recorded May 19, 1972, Recorder's Series No. 72-67048,
Alameda County Records, Alameda, California; and
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1989, the Alameda Planning Board
determined that there would be no significant environmental
impact from the proposed subdivision [General Rule, Guideline
Section 15061(6)];
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5612, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1942 passed on March 16,
1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 5612 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
: regional water quality control regulations.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th of April, 1989,
