APPROVING AND AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY AND THE
GENERAL LIABILITY RESERVE ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda as
follows:
That the 1988 -89 Operating Budget for the Office of the
City Attorney and the General Liability Reserve Account are hereby
amended to appropriate an additional sum of $200,00 to the Office
of the City Attorney and the additional sum of $150,000 to the
General Liability Reserve Account from the General fund Reserve.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 18th of April, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
and President Corica '- 5,
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
