Resolution 11715CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11715 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5604 (HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK) AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a California general partnership, owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval Parcel Map 5604 which consists of the redivision of Parcels 2, 3, and 4 of Parcel Map 4112 at 1131 and 1141 Harbor Bay Parkway and a vacant parcel all located in Plaza One in the Harbor Bay Business Park, located adjacent to the northwest side of Harbor Bay Parkway, just southwest of the Maitland Drive/ Harbor Bay Parkway intersection, Alameda, California, and WHEREAS, on April 24, 1989, the Alameda Planning Board determined that there would be no significant environmental impact from the proposed subdivision [General Rule, Guideline Section 15061(6)]; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11- 1319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 5604, heretofore accepted and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1951 passed on April 24, 1989. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No 5604 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of May, 1989, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and President Corica 5, NOES: None.
