APPOINTING MARILYN A. LEWIS AS A MEMBER OF THE
LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
MARILYN A. LEWIS is hereby appointed to the office of member of
the Library Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired
term of Theodore Stainback expiring on June 30, 1992, and to
serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, theunclersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of May, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Cainicia, Thomas,
Withrow and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
