APPOINTING ROSALINDA PROCTOR AS A MEMBER OF
THE HOUSING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-362 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ROSALINDA
PROCTOR is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Housing Commission of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired
term of Jamie G. DeLeon expiring on June 30, 1990, and to serve
luntil her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of May, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas,
Withrow and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
