AUTHORIZING ALLOCATION OF COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION
FUNDS FOR FY 1989 -90
WHEREAS, the City has previously allocated earnings from annual UDAG
loan repayments to support commercial revitalization activities; and
WHEREAS, $162,000 is available for FY 1989 -90 from the investment of the
lump sum UDAG repayment for this same purpose; and
WHEREAS, $123,682 in prior years' unexpended UDAG loan repayment funds
are also available to carry forward or reallocate for FY 1989 -90
commercial revitalization activities; and
WHEREAS, the City sought and evaluated proposals for the use of said
funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Alameda that the allocation of $285,682 in Commercial Revitalization
funds is hereby authorized in accordance with Attachment A hereto.
