CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF CAROL A. KORADE
AS CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda has
determined that Carol A. Korade is the best qualified person to
serve as the City Attorney of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, on June 6, 1989, the City Council moved to
appoint Carol A. Korade City Attorney contingent upon
satisfactory negotiations of terms and conditions of employment;
and
WHEREAS, the Council has, after negotiation, approved an
agreement with Carol A. Korade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
Alameda that Carol A. Korade be appointed City Attorney of
e City of Alameda effective July 10, 1989, in accordance with
the terms of that agreement entered into by and between the City
of Alameda and Carol A. Korade.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting
assembled on the 29th of June, 1989,
