RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE MAIN STREET PROJECT, INC. FOR
ADMINISTRATION OF BIA FUNDS, FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1989
TO JUNE 30, 1990
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda
adopted legislation which created Business Improvement Area.
WHEREAS, the Alameda Main Street Project, Inc., a
California non-profit corporation is desirous of administering
funds collected for the BIA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager
be directed to execute said agreement.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of July, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
