Resolution 11761CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11761 ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the Constitution of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Alameda is required to establish an "Appropriation Limit" for fiscal year 1989-90; and. WHEREAS, the Appropriation Limit has been determined in accordance with uniform guidelines for Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said Council hereby establishes the Appropriation Limit in the amount of $31,542,333 for fiscal year 1989-90. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of July, 1989, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and President Corica 5.
