Resolution 11763CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO 11763 APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP 6096, A SUBDIVISION OF A 6.68 ACRE SITE INTO TEN LOTS LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF MARINA VILLAGE, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WATER INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, Applicant, has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for Tract 6096, a subdivision to contain 18 residential units, relocate and reconstruct the 8,000 square foot Oakland Yacht Club building, construct a 36 -room addition to the Marina Village Inn, add approximately 280 feet in length to the Marina Park, and improve parking and pedestrian access in the Pacific Marina Area, and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda may take action on this matter since it is a judicially approved exception from the order of the Court in Guyton v. City of Alameda, Alameda Superior Court No 646480 -8, and WHEREAS, said Council, on July 5, 1989, held a public hearing on Tentative Map 6096, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 6096, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board on June 12, 1989 is hereby approved, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1959. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Tentative Map for Tract 6096 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of July, 1989, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and President Corica 5, NOES: None, ABSENT: None, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of said City this 6th day of July, 1989.
