AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MODIFICATION OF LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA - CONTRA COSTA TRANSIT DISTRICT
FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A BUS STOP
SHELTER ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SANTA CLARA AVENUE
IMMEDIATELY WEST OF BAY STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, a modification to that certain License Agreement with
Alameda- Contra Costa Transit District, to provide for the
installation and maintenance of a bus stop shelter on the south
side of Santa Clara Avenue immediately west of Bay Street.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 15th of August, 1989,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas,
Withrow and President Corica 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
