APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
6096 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS ( ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE PACIFIC MARINA)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 6096; and
WHEREAS, Alameda Real Estate Investments, a California
limited partnership, has presented to the Council for approval a
Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 6096 which
consists of three residential lots and seven commercial lots and
is located north of the terminus of Triumph Drive in the Pacific
Marina Area of the Marina Village Development; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
non - exclusive easements for public utilities and their
appurtenances and the right to construct, maintain and replace
such utilities and their appurtenances under, on and over the
areas designated "Public Utilities Easement ", dedicated to the
public; certain rights of access over public utilities easements
for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment,
dedicated to the public; certain non- exclusive easements for
public use for open space, public access, ingress and egress on
and over the areas designated "Public Access /Open Space
Easement ", dedicated to the public; certain non- exclusive
easements for public access, ingress and egress on and over the
areas designated "Public Access Easement ", dedicated to the
public; and Lots 1 and 7 for use as public access and open
space, dedicated to the City of Alameda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 6096 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public, rights of access dedicated to the City of Alameda,
and lots dedicated to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted, on
behalf of the public and the City, for use in conformity with the
terms of the offers of dedication.
