AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE
SALARY RESOLUTION BY ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR
THE POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the salary resolution of Management and Confidential Employees is
hereby amended by establishing the salary for the position of.
City Attorney and the salary rates, salary ranges, salary steps
and benefits, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", are hereby
designated as those applicable to this classification in the
service of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 15th of August, 1989,
