Resolution 11830CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11830 APPROVING LINCOLN LANE AS THE NAME OF THE PEDESTRIAN PATH IN TRACT 6000 AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND CHESTNUT STREET WHEREAS, Planned Development, PD -88 -2, and Tentative Map 6000 were approved by the Planning Board and City Council in 1988 and construction is scheduled to begin soon; and WHEREAS, Planned Development, PD -88 -2, consists of eight single - family houses which share a driveway court at their rear entries with four of the houses fronting on Chestnut Street to the west and four on a pedestrian pathway to the east; and WHEREAS, it is proposed that the four houses fronting Chestnut Street be given Chestnut Street addresses and that the other four houses be addressed from the pathway; and WHEREAS, there would be no impact on the environment from the proposed addressing plan; and WHEREAS, the proposed addressing plan is logical and would relate locationally to Lincoln Avenue and Chestnut Street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said Council hereby approves Lincoln Lane as the name of the pedestrian path in Tract 6000 at the southeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Chestnut Street subject to the following condition: 1. A sign meeting Engineering Department graphics requirements shall identify Lincoln Lane. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of September, 1989, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and Acting President Arnerich - 4.
