APPOINTING MAYNARD (BOB) GANNON AS A MEMBER
OF THE GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Sections 2-321 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, MAYNARD (BOB) GANNON is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Golf Commission of
the City of Alameda, for a term commencing October 1, 1989, and
expiring on September 30, 1993, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of
October, 1989, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Omancillwanbers Arnerich, Thomas, Withrow and President Corica - 4.
NOES: Ntme.
ABSENT: Councilmember Camicia - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
