APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
TRACT 6111 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS AND
EASEMENTS (NEIGHBORHOOD "B" VILLAGE V, HARBOR
BAY ISLE)
WHEREAS, Tract 6111 consists of 208 residential lots and 11
common areas, lagoon and remainder parcels within neighborhood "B"
of Vesting Tentative Map Tract 5905; and
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by
the Council of the City of Alameda a Vesting Tentative Map of that
certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 5905; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Village Five Associates, a California
limited partnership, has presented to the Council for approval a
Final Map of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 6111
located within Vesting Tentative Map Tract 5905, Village V of
Harbor Bay Isle, which is bounded by Aughinbaugh Way to the east,
Mecartney Road to the south and San Francisco Bay to the west; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon 1) Adelphian Way,
Sweet Road, Anderson Road, Salmon Road, Ross Road, Lawrence Road,
Sharon Road, Sweet Way, Fitch Court, Evans Court, Swift Court, Hays
Court, Smith Court and McMurty Court upon and embraced within the
exterior boundary lines of said map, dedicated to the public for
the uses and purposes of public streets; and 2) certain non-
exclusive easements for public utilities and their appurtenances
and the right to construct, maintain and replace such utilities,
facilities, and their appurtenances, under, on and over the strips
or parcels of land designated "Public Utilities Easement", "Storm
Drain Easement", "Power Easement" and "Sanitary Sewer Easement",
dedicated to the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 6111 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said streets and easements
dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the
public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of
dedication.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of
November, 1989, by the following vote to wit:

President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
