AMENDING MASTER FEE RESOLUTION NO. 12191 ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR VARIOUS CITY SERVICES RELATING TO SALE OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE AND YEARLY SUPPLEMENT
SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda Municipal Code and the California
Government Code provide that the City Council may set fees for
reasonable costs of providing various services by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at the August 27, 1991 Special
Council meeting, directed City Staff to amend the Alameda Municipal
Code to reflect that City fees shall be set by City Council
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at the April 7, 1992 City Council
meeting introduced an ordinance to adopt the 1992 Edition of the
City of Alameda Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda desires to make available to the
public the 1992 Edition of the City of Alameda Municipal Code and
quarterly supplements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that said Council hereby amend Master Fee Resolution No.
12191 to codify the fee for the sale of the City of Alameda p
Municipal Code and yearly supplement subscription as set forth in -<
Exhibit "A" attached;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms and conditions
contained in Master Fee Resolution No. 12191 shall remain in full
force and effect;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall not become
effective until the effective date of the adoption of required
implementing ordinances.
