APPROVING PARCEL MAP 6188 LOCATED AT 876 OAK
STREET, 878 OAK STREET, 983 PARK STREET, AND
985 PARK STREET SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS
AND GRANTING AN EXEMPTION FROM SECTION 11-
3118.1 OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIRING
UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the owner and subdivider herein, has presented
to the City of Alameda for approval of Parcel Map 6188 to subdivide
a division of property located at 876 Oak Street, 878 Oak Street,
983 Park Street and 985 Park Street, and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 6188 was approved by the City of
Alameda Planning Board on February 24, 1992, by Planning Board
E Resolution No. 2285; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 6188 was found to be in conformance
with the City's General Plan and it has been determined that there
z would be no significant environmental impact for the proposed
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider has posted a cash deposit in the
amount of $4,483.20 for the guarantee of curb and sidewalk
improvements, installing sewer cleanouts, and installing separate
sewer laterals if necessary, and a mylar copy of the recorded
parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that Parcel Map 6188, hereto accepted and conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to the subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and
subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning
Board Resolution No. 2285.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that the requested exception to Section 11- 3118.1 of the
City of Alameda Subdivision Ordinance is hereby granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that a Certified Copy of this Resolution shall be recorded
simultaneously with Parcel Map 6188.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of
April , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth
and President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
