AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CITY OBLIGATIONS
PENDING ADOPTION OF THE 1992-93 ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, Section 17-3 of Article XVII of the City of
Alameda City Charter requires the City Manager to submit to the
Council an annual budget; and
WHEREAS, Section 17-1 of Article XVII of the City of
Alameda City Charter provides that "the fiscal year of the City
shall commence on the first day of July each year and shall end on
the next succeeding 30th day of June;" and
0 WHEREAS, pending adoption of the 1992-93 budget
, resolution authorizing the various appropriations, there is no
