REAPPOINTING ROBERT D. NICOL AS REGISTERED ARCHITECT
MEMBER OF THE HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, ROBERT D. NICOL is
hereby reappointed to the office of registered architect member of
the Historical Advisory Board of the City of Alameda for the term
commencing July 1, 1992 and expiring on June 30, 1996, and to serve
until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of
June , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth
and President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
