BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-14.2 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DAVID J. ELEFANT is hereby

reappointed to the office of member of the Economic Development
